Key Responsibilities

•Manage a group of engineers and technicians, coordinating activities of the unit.
•Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate technical assignments with multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge.
•Plan and develop engineering tasks for unique problems, defining scope and developing novel concepts.
•Maintain liaison with internal units and external contacts to ensure project alignment.
•Act independently on technical matters and lead project delivery with minimal supervision.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•10+ years of relevant water/wastewater industry experience
•5+ years of project management experience
•Ohio PE license
•Strong leadership and mentoring of developing engineering staff
