Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of assigned projects — ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, identifying opportunities, and driving cost savings across all phases.
  • •Manage project delivery from scope definition and contractor procurement through construction execution, commissioning, and close-out.
  • •Complete project startup procedures including projections, budgeting, and job cost entry for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts.
  • •Prepare major purchase orders following appropriate pricing and scope evaluations.
  • •Manage all work in accordance with Mariana Minerals specifications, procedures, and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • •8+ years of progressive construction project management experience in the industrial, mining, or processing plant sectors.
  • •Demonstrated track record delivering capital projects of $20M+ on schedule and within budget.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Suite, accounting software, and estimating tools — or demonstrable ability to learn quickly.
  • •Ability to read and interpret all contract documents, plans, P&IDs, specifications, and technical requirements.
