Key Responsibilities

•Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of all contracts including complex Hotel & Residences Management Agreements, technical services agreements, and franchise contracts.
•Advise on corporate secretarial matters, joint ventures, and international entity management.
•Manage external counsel globally for litigation, arbitration, and labor disputes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and favourable outcomes.
•Support the business on real estate transactions, leasing, and construction legalities related to new hotel developments.
•Oversee the global trademark portfolio and advise on marketing, IP licensing, and sponsorship agreements.

Key Requirements

•Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent from a top-tier university; Bar certification is a must.
•8–12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Prior experience in a top-tier law firm or asset management firm is preferred; hospitality experience is highly preferred.
•Fluent English mandatory; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
•Deep expertise in international commercial law and cross-border transactions.
•Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to lead a team of four legal specialists.
