Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of water sports activities and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • •Act as the senior on-water authority during activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • •Mentor, coach, and support Water Sports Instructors and junior team members to ensure consistent training delivery and standards.
  • •Pre-open and operationalize water sports facilities by supporting setup, testing, commissioning, onboarding, and development of procedures and training materials.
  • •Monitor environmental conditions, conduct guest briefings and safety demonstrations, oversee equipment readiness, and serve as escalation point for operational issues and safety matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Certified Water Sports Instructor (or equivalent) qualification (e.g., ISA or RYA) and be experienced in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
  • •Have 3–5 years of experience delivering water sports instruction and guest experiences across multiple disciplines.
  • •Preferably have supervisory or senior instructor experience.
  • •Maintain a valid First Aid and CPR certification (up to date).
  • •Demonstrate strong knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management, with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
