Key Responsibilities

  • •Align supply and inventory to meet revenue plans by assessing supply constraints and driving actions to resolve them.
  • •Manage customer commitments and service level/fill rate using fill rate analytics, service level modeling, variability analysis, and replenishment strategies.
  • •Optimize inventory to target levels by maintaining wafer and downstream inventory health using inventory theory, safety stock modeling, postponement strategy, die mix optimization, and Theory of Constraints.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional communication and partner engagement with Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, Global Quality, Marketing, and customers to ensure supply-related alignment.
  • •Publish supply responses for customer demand, sales orders, factory/material/die mix plans, and inventory replenishment strategies using optimization and scenario simulation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in industrial engineering/Operations Management/Supply Chain/Operations Research/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • •Supply chain fundamentals including safety stock/forecasting models, logistics network optimization, linear programming, and Theory of Constraints.
  • •Experience with database querying (SQL), data analysis, and visualization tools (including Excel macros, Tableau, and Python).
  • •Use Science of Supply Chain concepts (e.g., constraint-based planning, scenario modeling, trade-off analysis, and demand-supply balancing) to solve complex planning problems.
  • •Preferred: statistical concepts/methods such as Six Sigma and experience crafting experiments to address complex problems.
