Job Summary

Lead development of operational concepts for executable space missions within the Boeing Experimental Systems Group. As part of the SEIT Mission Design team, coordinate internal and external stakeholders to drive system architecture and ConOps to fruition for first-of-kind space vehicles. Support technology integration, perform complex trade studies, and develop MBSE-based architecture and operational concept artifacts used by senior leadership and across engineering teams.

•5 years of experience leading or managing cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering and/or test.
•5 years of direct experience with Satellite Systems Engineering groups (and 10 years in systems engineering, systems integration, and/or software engineering).
