Key Responsibilities

•Drive technical excellence initiatives to improve process capability, machine performance, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
•Identify and implement sustainable technical solutions to manufacturing challenges and improve operational performance.
•Capture, integrate, and standardize technical knowledge, best practices, lesson learned, and engineering standards across front-end manufacturing processes.
•Act as a technical focus point across manufacturing sites to facilitate knowledge transfer and provide technical consultation to engineering teams.
•Lead root cause analysis and deploy corrective and preventive actions for critical technical issues, and support strategic manufacturing initiatives with technical expertise.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement.
•Proven track record improving quality, productivity, cycle time, and operational excellence.
•Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
•Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders to achieve project goals.
