Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technical excellence initiatives to improve process capability, machine performance, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • •Identify and implement sustainable technical solutions to manufacturing challenges and improve operational performance.
  • •Capture, integrate, and standardize technical knowledge, best practices, lesson learned, and engineering standards across front-end manufacturing processes.
  • •Act as a technical focus point across manufacturing sites to facilitate knowledge transfer and provide technical consultation to engineering teams.
  • •Lead root cause analysis and deploy corrective and preventive actions for critical technical issues, and support strategic manufacturing initiatives with technical expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement.
  • •Proven track record improving quality, productivity, cycle time, and operational excellence.
  • •Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders to achieve project goals.
