Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement SPC business process and best-known methods, including proper use of limits and control techniques (e.g., Western Electric Rules) for critical parameters.
  • •Set and update SPC metric goals (CpK, Cp, control limits, %OOC) with the engineering community on a semi-annual cadence or as needed.
  • •Source and eliminate common-cause variation by participating in WW SPC meetings and attending process engineering/integration area meetings.
  • •Review critical inline parameters to identify variation contributors and provide SPC performance metrics and CpK metrics to internal and corporate stakeholders.
  • •Deliver SPC training materials and establish dashboards and data organization automation for SPC performance tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Science and Engineering (e.g., Computer Science & Information Engineering, Information Management, Statistics, or Mathematics).
  • •Fluent English.
  • •Experience in coding with Python, R, SQL, and/or C++.
  • •Basic understanding of semiconductor / memory and storage technologies.
  • •Familiarity with engineering software/tools and solid statistics knowledge (common statistical methods).
