Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on large/challenging development programs.
  • •Develop the program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and establish the Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary.
  • •Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identify trends, and provide information to project leadership for corrective action.
  • •Prepare and analyze Estimates at Complete (EACs) and provide complete financial support to assigned program teams.
  • •Incorporate regular status and ETC updates, lead the month-end process, and provide Earned Value training to program teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

  • •Experience preparing forecasts and performance modeling to develop recommendations for management.
  • •Experience supporting program financial processes such as budgets, forecasts, and earned value-related activities.
