Key Responsibilities

  • •Transcribe recorded patient assessments using Heidi (or the provided transcription tool).
  • •Feed transcripts into Claude (or an equivalent AI tool) to generate a first-draft report, then manually review, edit, and finalize against the practice template.
  • •Enter data from assessment forms into the appropriate report sections and cross-check clinical details for accuracy before finalizing.
  • •Help refine the AI + human workflow by documenting SOPs and recommending tool/process improvements to reduce turnaround time.
  • •Migrate and maintain the practice website (e.g., GoDaddy to Squarespace), structuring site content for easy future updates while following HIPAA-compliant PHI handling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience converting audio recordings or transcripts into polished, professional written reports.
