•Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
•Work with Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and Branch Manager to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
•Train and develop Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians, including onboarding and onboarding support for new team members.
•Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
•Exceed field performance KPI goals (e.g., turnaround time, experience rating, dispatch completion) and assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 46.61 - 62.15

Key Requirements

•3+ years of previous field construction experience with at least 1 year as a service technician in the solar industry.
•High school diploma is required.
•Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman license (or equivalent electrician certification, e.g., wireman license) is required.
•Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
•Ability to interpret single line drawings and understand PV systems from roof to meter and solar interconnection/tie-in.
