Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain department manuals, training materials, and a detailed filing system for past show files.
  • •Create daily/weekly show schedules, distribute information to Operations Managers, and help manage staffing within budget guidelines.
  • •Coordinate interdepartmental communication and operational details (stage/sound/lighting crews, maintenance/equipment upkeep, and vendor records).

Key Requirements
