Production Coordinator- Part Time

Assist the Production Manager with administrative and operational support for live show and event productions. Help maintain production documentation, inventory, vendor records, and past-show filings while supporting daily show flash reporting and budget tracking. Coordinate schedules and interdepartmental communication, support staffing within labor budgets, and help manage stage, sound, and lighting crews to ensure safe, consistent equipment operations.
