Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Security and Engineering leadership to define AI security control integration into customer-facing products.
  • •Build, deploy, and serve in-house AI/ML security models, guardrails, tooling, and automations; monitor deployed models for drift and performance and implement improvements.
  • •Lead adversarial testing and AI red teaming, including jailbreaking, prompt injection, evasion, and poisoning testing.
  • •Conduct security reviews and threat modeling across the AI lifecycle, from data ingestion and training to evaluation, serving, RAG/agent frameworks, and post-deployment monitoring.
  • •Own the AI Security strategy and multi-year roadmap, and architect the AI Risk & Governance framework with policies, standards, and controls for responsible development and deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of cybersecurity experience with 4–5 years focused on AI/ML security, adversarial ML, or security data science in a production cloud/technology environment.
  • •Track record defining and driving AI or security programs at an organizational level, owning strategy rather than only executing.
  • •Practitioner knowledge of adversarial ML attacks and defenses including evasion, poisoning, model extraction, membership inference, and prompt injection.
  • •Ability to translate academic AI security research into engineering guidance and organizational policy.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
