Job Summary

Support the P-8A Training Systems Mission Assurance Team by leading simulator and training-device testing for current and upcoming contracts. Conduct Level D-equivalent performance verification, retest anomalies, analyze acceptance test data and procedures, and write Acceptance Test Plans. Operate the OFT/WST and other devices, validate subsystem/system requirements, and provide on-site customer assistance to support delivery and acceptance of new training equipment.

•Verify fixes by retesting previously discovered anomalies.
•Analyze, review, and validate test data and acceptance test procedures.
•Operate the Operational Flight Trainer (OFT), Weapon System Trainer (WST), and other training devices as required.
•Develop Acceptance Test Plans and Procedures and provide user-level documentation, customer briefings, and tracking metrics.

•Experience with Air-to-Air Refueling procedures and P-8A Aircrew Training Devices (WTT, PTT, OFT, MSDT, ECs).
