Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare the requirement dossier and CapEx process dossier for a new laboratory building, coordinating needs across departments and establishing Health & Safety measures.
  • •Manage the new building after completion, including maintenance, calibration of equipment, area management, and Health & Safety compliance.
  • •Support research, development, and optimization of composite materials, metals, surface treatments, paints, sealants, and elastomeric technologies; prepare test samples.
  • •Represent TADAP3 in project meetings and task groups, and lead testing development activities for low observability materials.
  • •Support defining test plans for R&T and perform future failure analysis for the assigned scope; provide technical support to services and the industrial environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering or Science; a Master’s degree is highly valued.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in materials and processes with comprehensive knowledge of appropriate test methods.
  • •Laboratory experience is required, including experience with materials analysis and physical observation of samples.
  • •Experience in qualifications and development of new materials, processes, and suppliers; knowledge of aircraft maintenance, services, and CML.
  • •Deep knowledge of REACH and materials for low observability applications, including thermal or electrical functionalities.
