  • •Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships for clients with revenues up to $50MM.
  • •Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and healthcare industry networking.
  • •Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions exceeding $2.5MM, including lines of credit, term debt, buyouts, and commercial real estate.
  • •Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, and Personal Wealth and Advisory partners.
  • •Anticipate client needs using healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditions while maintaining full accountability for the relationship.
