Job Summary

Lead planning, implementation, and daily management of complex technical projects for enterprise clients, with tight control over costs, staffing, schedules, quality, and risk. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, implementation, and daily management of projects, controlling costs, staffing, schedules, quality standards, and risks.
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients to align communication and internal resources for customer success.
•Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales teams to provide technical support and guide client expectations.
•Analyze client organizational structures, decision-making processes, and digital maturity to create tailored delivery strategies.
•Lead cross-functional teams and work with client stakeholders to ensure successful project “landing” and high-quality delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of professional experience in ToB (enterprise) services.
•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex organizational challenges.
•Exceptional coordination and relationship-management skills to balance client, partner, and internal team interests.
•Professional working proficiency in English, supported by prior work experience or certifications.
•Preferred: experience in overseas delivery in industries such as Government (GovTech), Transportation, or Telecommunications (carriers).
