Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.

  • •Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to understand needs and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • •Manage product line and quota for a significant share of the range or a specific customer segment and represent the team with sales and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
  • •Ability to contribute to defining category business plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • •Strong skills in monitoring KPIs and sales performance to identify improvement areas.
  • •Experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback and data to translate insights into actionable improvements.
