Job Function: Government Affairs & Public Policy

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the Government Relations focal point for Bahrain (tMart and Logistics), providing end-to-end support across operational, licensing, regulatory, labor, and governmental affairs while ensuring compliance and supporting expansion.
•Manage establishment, licensing, renewal, and regulatory requirements for all stores, logistics operations, riders, vehicles, and related facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
•Coordinate with the Ministry of Interior, CID, Traffic Directorate and other authorities, handling inquiries and representing the Company as needed.
•Oversee renewal and maintenance of corporate licenses and registrations (CR, Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) and related permits.
•Oversee LMRA portal activities (visa applications, renewals, cancellations, etc.) and manage related government processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience
•Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
•Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
•Excel Skills
