Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise to close new design win opportunities and co-engineer products through production to generate billed revenue.
  • •Drive sales by applying deep product portfolio knowledge to established Intel businesses and emerging growth opportunities.
  • •Develop and execute customer-facing product demonstrations and support product design/review during onsite visits to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • •Analyze customer issues by reproducing errors and resolving or escalating them, enabling rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • •Provide timely feedback to manufacturing and product teams on product issues and future requirements to support business continuity changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years in a technical sales, applications engineering, or field engineering role, ideally supporting PC/semiconductor customers.
  • •Strong understanding of hardware/silicon product development cycles, including NRE and design-win processes; solid software knowledge (Linux, Windows, Android, ChromeOS, BSP/BIOS/UEFI, firmware, driver development, Microcode, SoC bring-up, AI/NPU workloads) is a plus.
  • •Strategic, technical, and operational ability to set direction, dive into engineering detail, and drive day-to-day execution across complex cross-functional, cross-regional programs.
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholder management across customer, sales, and engineering teams.
