Oversee contract and claims management during execution of complex manufacturing construction projects in Guanajuato, serving as a key point of contact for formal claims and correspondence. Coordinate contract terms, variations, milestones, and obligations across Project Lead, PMO, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and technical workstreams (including FIDIC processes).
