Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle day-to-day client calls, client transactions, and client problem resolution, including researching and resolving account inquiries.
  • •Execute client transactions within delegated authority and escalate requests outside norms or requiring Relationship Manager signature/approval.
  • •Assist in collecting information and documentation needed for loan applications, coordinating with outside vendors (e.g., attorneys, title companies, appraisers) as applicable.
  • •Specialize in loan documentation accuracy by reviewing, organizing legal loan documents, and ensuring completeness in digital records.
  • •Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting requirements; maintain working knowledge of regulatory/legal/Credit Policy requirements.
