Job Summary

Build and evolve TikTok’s Ads data platform by developing streaming and batch data processing pipelines that power the Ads system and internal business intelligence. Lead large-scale technical projects, create core platform/product features using open source and in-house tools, and continuously improve OLAP technologies and system scale. Collaborate with product managers and data analysts, enhance development/operational toolsets, and participate in infrastructure on-call rotations.

•Plan and push forward large-scale technical projects to lay foundations for iterative platform development.
•Develop core data platform/product features to empower TikTok’s Ads data using open source and in-house technologies.
•Continuously invest in cutting-edge OLAP technologies and scale systems as the business grows.
•Iterate development and operational toolsets to improve R&D productivity.
•Participate in infrastructure on-call rotations.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in at least one programming language such as Java/Scala/C/C++/Python.
•Experience with distributed storage engines such as Elasticsearch, Druid, ClickHouse, or Doris.
•Experience with computational frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Hive, or Presto.
•Ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively.
•Passion for building reliable infrastructure.
