Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, develop, and maintain compliance surveillance infrastructure.
  • •Collaborate with quantitative engineers, surveillance model developers, and compliance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable software designs.
  • •Architect and implement large-scale data pipelines and surveillance models processing massive volumes of financial data.
  • •Design database schemas and query logic to efficiently support multi-terabyte surveillance datasets with consistency and traceability.
  • •Develop workflow and monitoring tools, implement system and software changes for market surveillance, and document methodologies for regulatory scrutiny.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field, plus three (3) years of software development/engineering experience developing with Python.
  • •3+ years developing production-grade Python applications.
  • •3+ years developing in a Linux environment, including command-line automation, package management, and deployment tasks.
  • •Experience with large-scale data pipelines and analytical models using Pandas, Polars, NumPy, and Oracle SQL.
  • •Experience building surveillance solutions using REST APIs and related tooling (Jira automation, Python Flask, Jenkins pipelines, Git/Gerrit), including trade and market surveillance modeling.
