Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of your assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to ensure proper handling, storage, and protection from loss or theft.
  • •Lead Operations Associates through their shift, ensuring safe and productive work and acting as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, lead by example, and engage in professional interactions with team members and customers.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
