Key Responsibilities

•Own a portion of the affiliate portfolio, including email communications, partner touchpoints, performance analysis, and account optimizations
•Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and networks to drive scalable lead generation and revenue growth
•Lead contract negotiations with affiliate partners and agencies, including commission structures, terms, and performance expectations
•Analyze campaign and partner performance to identify opportunities to improve ROI, efficiency, and program effectiveness
•Oversee day-to-day affiliate program operations, including tracking, link management, CRM coordination, payout accuracy, and compliance

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance marketing
