Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and maintenance of highly scalable, performant, and reliable authentication and authorization systems (login flows, session management, token issuance, access control).
•Propose, design, develop and implement cloud-based identity solutions including SSO, MFA, and federated identity integrations.
•Own and evolve Maven's auth platform, setting standards for authentication/authorization across services and client applications.
•Drive technical design discussions and guide best practices, coding standards, and architecture principles for security-sensitive systems.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, security, compliance) to develop new auth features and ensure quality standards.
•Mentor and guide mid-level engineers to grow their technical skills and promote continuous learning.
•Identify and evaluate emerging identity and access management technologies to drive innovation and improve engineering efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 270,000 annually
