Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure end-to-end service delivery by interfacing with the client and consultants throughout all project stages.
  • •Manage overall project cost, schedule, budgets, and coordinate general contractor, vendors, and directly contracted consultants.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestones, run and lead client meetings, and present project updates at all stages.
  • •Review construction proposals (pricing/scopes) and assess work-in-place; approve capex and revise cost estimates.
  • •Oversee payment requests/invoices/retention, record potential claims, advocate during disputes/change orders, and manage building operations transfer with closeout documentation and warranties.

Key Requirements

  • •Availability to live and work in São Paulo/SP.
  • •Solid experience as a project manager in construction.
  • •Solid experience in Life Science, pharmaceutical or laboratory market.
  • •Engineering, architectural, or construction-related degree is mandatory.
  • •Construction experience is mandatory; PMI or equivalent certification is a plus; Microsoft Office tools is mandatory.
