•Manage and grow a high-performing data team by hiring and developing talent, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and bias to action.
•Define and deliver on Scribe's data platform, aligning with organizational goals and integrating data initiatives into strategic company efforts.
•Be a cross-functional magnet with business and finance teams to gather insights on customer journeys, product engagement, and growth trends, ensuring data is leveraged effectively by everyone.
•Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to advance data modeling, data governance, and team capabilities, driving operational efficiency and data accessibility across Scribe.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 275,000 annually

•Customer mindset with ability to balance quantitative data and qualitative insights to drive product and business decisions
•Low ego and willingness to roll up sleeves and lead data projects
