EFT/POS Field Technician

Install, maintain, and validate EFT/POS equipment at customer sites in Greece. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues affecting payment terminals, perform installations, replacements, repairs, and upgrades through field visits, and train merchants and end users on proper use and basic troubleshooting. Provide professional customer support, maintain strong client relationships, escalate complex technical issues, and ensure compliance with company procedures, security standards, health, and safety requirements.
