Key Responsibilities

•Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives for assigned territory and indications.
•Develop and execute disease-specific sales account plans by mapping stakeholders, patient journeys, diagnostic workflows, referral pathways, and account factors.
•Identify gaps in diagnostic workflows, referral pathways, operational readiness, clinical protocol adoption, and stakeholder alignment; implement solutions to optimize appropriate therapy adoption.
•Deliver approved clinical messaging to influence brand choice, support formulary access, and educate clinical stakeholders on disease state, unmet needs, diagnostic criteria, and therapy integration.
•Use CRM tools and AI-driven insights for territory planning, HCP targeting, pre-call strategy, opportunity prioritization, and accurate reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5+ years of experience in specialty pharma, rare disease sales, account management, or complex institutional selling.
•Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and multi-stakeholder decision-making in hospitals, academic centers, IDNs, and community care settings.
•Proven track record navigating clinical formulary and access processes, influencing treatment pathway adoption, and driving utilization in integrated health systems and key institutional accounts.
•Must live in the geographic territory or within 50 miles of the territory border, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
