Key Responsibilities

  • •Own procurement implementation for upper mid-market accounts from close-won through go-live.
  • •Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal to map current procurement workflows and design future-state on Ramp via change management.
  • •Activate procurement and Bill Pay when bundled, prioritizing procurement while covering Bill Pay activation as needed.
  • •Provide structured product feedback to Engineering and Product based on patterns you see across implementations.
  • •Partner with AEs and AMs on procurement configuration questions pre-close and during expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Real procurement depth inside procure-to-pay, including PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync—configured or managed directly.
  • •Customer-facing confidence running structured discovery with multiple decision-makers and guiding Controllers/AP Managers through configuration decisions.
  • •Strong follow-through managing multiple implementations at once so nothing falls through and customers don’t have to chase.
  • •Ability to move fast independently as the product ships continuously, finding issues and updating your approach.
  • •Sharp product instincts to distinguish user error, training gaps, and real product limitations and clearly communicate them to Engineering and Product.
