Key Responsibilities

  • •Support onboarding a new Hedge Fund Services client by working with investment managers, technology partners, and operational stakeholders during implementation.
  • •Design/write and troubleshoot complex VBA scripts for business requirements; debug and optimize code.
  • •Design/write complex Python programs using OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms; troubleshoot and improve performance.
  • •Create and troubleshoot Xceptor reports for reconciliation by understanding output requirements and building the appropriate data analysis.
  • •Manage multiple projects end-to-end, facilitate weekly client meetings, coordinate system setup/testing, and maintain implementation tracking documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Information Technology; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Around 5–7 years of work experience related to Change Management projects.
  • •Experience with Hedge Funds, Investment Management, and/or Financial Services.
  • •Experience in hedge fund services and transfer agency.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and the ability to write business correspondence in English.
