Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational support across Talent Acquisition and HR processes for APAC and Europe, including interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
  • •Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels across multiple regions.
  • •Prepare letters, employment contracts, and pre-hire documentation; manage onboarding documentation and pre-joining activities.
  • •Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding), including benefits administration inquiries and payroll input validation.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating HR processes; create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services.
  • •Experience supporting end-to-end Talent Acquisition operational activities from interview scheduling through onboarding.
  • •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • •Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • •Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, or HR process improvement initiatives is an added advantage.
