Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead modules in larger projects and complete project management for smaller engagements, typically leading three to five consultants.
  • •Coach and develop consultants within project teams.
  • •Work closely with industry experts and collaborate with clients (private companies, universities, research institutions).
  • •Contribute to knowledge development by capturing insights and drawing lessons from client work.
  • •Participate in office-wide projects and studies that further develop Roland Berger or its thinking in specific areas or sectors.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed an academic university education (WO).
  • •4-7 years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or strategic/operational roles in life sciences, biopharma, high tech, public-private industry, or innovation ecosystems.
  • •Prior experience in strategic and project-based work.
  • •Technical affinity and commercial insight, with the ability to think analytically and structure arguments clearly.
  • •Experience managing others and delegating work, including strong English oral, written, and presentation skills.
