Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate financial statement audits for group companies, including preparing financial statements, communicating with auditors, and resolving audit questions.
  • •Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements on a regular basis and communicate with key stakeholders (treasury, external consultants, CPAs, and C-Level business leaders).
  • •Ensure tax compliance by supporting corporate income tax return preparation and submission with external consultants.
  • •Build tax burden forecasts by collecting inputs from C-Level stakeholders, preparing planned P&L, and working with external consultants to maintain tax compliance.
  • •Develop and implement new processes for reporting/compliance, including analyzing existing workflows, implementing changes, structuring operations, and leading compliance-related projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in leading international audit firms (Big-4/Tier-2) or in finance functions of international companies.
  • •Experience preparing/reviewing all forms of financial statements under IFRS.
  • •Understanding of international taxation principles.
  • •Strong self-organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Confident analytical and critical thinking skills; English at Intermediate+ and advanced Excel/MS Office (or Google tools).
