Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate the employer value proposition and company direction into clear, differentiated candidate-facing messaging.
  • •Deliver integrated talent brand campaigns across careers content, social, employer review platforms, talent communities, events, and recruiter channels.
  • •Develop and curate stories featuring team members, leaders, teams, culture, values, and career growth.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition to create targeted content and campaigns that support hiring priorities, pipeline generation, and conversion.
  • •Improve candidate journey touchpoints using content, channel, feedback, and funnel metrics; manage projects and external partners while iterating on processes and systems with technology and AI tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in talent brand, employer brand, recruitment marketing, content strategy, communications, or a related field.
  • •Experience translating a brand or employer value proposition into content, campaigns, or audience experiences.
  • •Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and editorial judgment across multiple channels.
  • •Experience planning and delivering campaigns or programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • •Comfort using performance data, audience insights, feedback, and market research to improve outcomes.
