Key Responsibilities

  • •Centralize production academy training data by ensuring academy training documents are translated into Vietnamese and updated in the PPV document system.
  • •Create and update training materials, SOPs, and visual aids for new machines and new processes.
  • •Develop and maintain online training systems, including pre/post-test and satisfaction evaluation, and produce monthly dashboard reporting.
  • •Manage and analyze the production academy database, maintain the skills matrix, and track craftspeople certification.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end production academy programs with key stakeholders, including overseeing onboarding JOP, safety compliance with SHE, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or college degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience as a master trainer or technical learning supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
  • •Hands-on experience as a trainer or facilitator for technical training and development in manufacturing.
  • •Experience managing skill matrices and technical training and development, with knowledge of learning/developing methodology.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Power BI; strong interpersonal and communication skills, including working effectively under pressure.
