Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead core finance functions including reporting, annual budget setting, near-term target management, and longer-term forecasting.
  • •Develop financial objectives aligned to business goals and provide strategic, analytical guidance connecting operations to financial impact.
  • •Drive multiple projects by partnering with subject matter experts and applying integrative thinking to challenges and opportunities.
  • •Manage and develop a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring associates to develop and retain top talent.
  • •Contribute to the broader organization beyond day-to-day responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,300 - 213,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination.
  • •At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Preferred: MBA/Finance and/or CFA or CPA license.
