Key Responsibilities

  • •Support creation of thought leadership, customer-facing materials, and industry insights for government innovation.
  • •Translate complex topics (digital transformation, AI in government, public service delivery) into clear narratives for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Build and improve prototypes and demonstrations to support customer conversations and influence product direction.
  • •Research how governments adopt AI and digital public services across countries, identifying patterns and generating actionable ideas.
  • •Prepare presentation materials and support workshops and industry events, including validation and scaling of AI use cases for government customers.
