Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of Retail technology assets (Pricing, Underwriting, Claims) across multiple business units, ensuring on-time and within-scope implementation aligned to local requirements.
  • •Act as the primary interface between central Retail Technology and business units, translating global blueprints into locally actionable plans.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including BU technology teams, GTO, business sponsors, and external vendors, to drive alignment and remove delivery blockers.
  • •Support business units through the adoption lifecycle of retail tools, from requirements gathering and integration planning to go-live and BAU transition.
  • •Manage program governance (status reporting, risk/issue management, dependency tracking, and escalation) and drive change management and continuous improvement of delivery methods.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in program or project management delivering complex global IT initiatives.
  • •Solid insurance knowledge, ideally across Pricing, Underwriting, or Claims.
  • •Proven ability managing multi-stakeholder environments across geographies and cultures.
  • •Hands-on experience delivering technology projects and integrating tools into local IT landscapes.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English; experience with data/AI initiatives and tools like Radar Live or Databricks is an advantage.
