Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational and administrative support to Sector Directors, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, event planning, internal reporting, and expense processing.
  • •Support Sector Managers and Project Managers with administrative and project-related tasks for the Water and Infrastructure team.
  • •Coordinate and track governance activities (including GNGs, project risk reviews, Healthy Starts, NPS, and client surveys) and ensure timely follow-up actions.
  • •Partner with Operations Managers, Project Administration, Controls, GBS, and EC teams to monitor project performance and resolve issues proactively.
  • •Maintain accurate client, market, pursuit, and opportunity reporting, producing materials for business line meetings and supporting a quality mindset across the sector.
