Key Responsibilities

•Ensuring onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
•Participating in joint business planning and reviews to align Datadog and Partner technical teams.
•Collaborating to support partner initiatives such as end-customer demos, proofs of value, and lead-practice coaching.
•Advocating for partners’ technical concerns with internal teams to drive resolution.
•Analyzing partner service offerings and recommending enhancements to increase Datadog adoption and value.

Key Requirements

•10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role
•Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations
•Ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom and confidently present to stakeholders
•Hands-on experience in observability/cloud/containerization/DevOps tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic; AWS/Azure/GCP)
•Experience with two or more areas: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, or CI/CD
