Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensuring onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
  • •Participating in joint business planning and reviews to align Datadog and Partner technical teams.
  • •Collaborating to support partner initiatives such as end-customer demos, proofs of value, and lead-practice coaching.
  • •Advocating for partners’ technical concerns with internal teams to drive resolution.
  • •Analyzing partner service offerings and recommending enhancements to increase Datadog adoption and value.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role
  • •Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations
  • •Ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom and confidently present to stakeholders
  • •Hands-on experience in observability/cloud/containerization/DevOps tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic; AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • •Experience with two or more areas: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, or CI/CD
