Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, cognitive psychology, or other Human Engineering-related field.
  • •1+ years of work experience in Human Engineering or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • •Knowledge of Human System Integration (HSI) in the defense acquisition process.
  • •Ability to derive Human Engineering requirements and evaluate designs against Human Readiness Levels (HRLs).
  • •Experience supporting defense programs and documenting HE processes/products in formats consistent with US Military Data Item Descriptions.
