Job Summary

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational and inventory cost data in Oracle. Execute month-end closing, reconcile sales and inventory ledgers, and maintain product costs and intercompany pricing using Bills of Materials and routing structures. Analyze manufacturing variances and slow-moving inventory, support budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate cycle counts and physical stock-takes. Partner with procurement, warehouse, and production teams and support internal/external audit data requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute month-end closing procedures by extracting Oracle reports, preparing reporting, and posting required journal entries.
•Reconcile monthly sales and inventory ledgers and compile final closing packages for Global Reporting requests.
•Maintain standard product costs and intercompany pricing in Oracle by updating Bills of Materials (BOM) and labor/overhead routing structures.
•Analyze manufacturing variances and intercompany pricing to identify overspending and correct over- or under-maintained rates.
•Coordinate cycle counts and physical stock-takes, analyze SLOB, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit data requests.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in a Product Costing role; fresh graduates with related education background are welcome.
•Oracle module knowledge is preferable, with Oracle experience an added advantage.
•Experience in a manufacturing company is an added advantage.
•Able to work under tight schedules, including extra hours during financial closing periods.
•Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good English communication; Chinese is an added advantage.
