Job Summary

Lead ICT risk management in SEB’s Baltic banks by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating ICT risks to ensure security and continuity of IT operations. Develop ICT risk scenarios, set ICT controls, and manage business continuity in the ICT domain. Monitor and report aggregated risk levels, provide guidance on ICT regulatory and compliance matters, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Lead and develop a team of three to deliver ICT risk objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead ICT risk management by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating ICT risks to ensure security and continuity of ICT operations.
•Develop and maintain ICT risk scenarios, set ICT controls, and manage business continuity within the ICT domain.
•Continuously monitor and report aggregated ICT risk levels to relevant management.
•Provide expertise and guidance on ICT-related regulatory and compliance matters.
•Lead and develop the team by setting priorities, driving accountability, and supporting performance to deliver ICT risk objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 5,100 - 7,700 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in ICT risk management and technology, ideally within financial or other regulated industries.
•Strong competence in risk management, IT service management, information security, and business continuity management.
•Solid understanding of European regulations for ICT risk and information security management.
•Proven ability to drive and manage risk management processes across the organization.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
