Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in finance process management, operational improvement, or business transformation (e.g., Big 4, consulting, or corporate finance).
  • •Direct management experience leading a team of 3+ members, with a track record of developing talent.
  • •Hands-on experience redesigning and optimizing finance processes such as P2P, R2R, O2C, or similar.
  • •Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft), process intelligence (Celonis), process automation tools, and data governance.
