Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement procurement strategies and sourcing plans across IT categories and professional services
  • •Lead supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization to secure competitive terms
  • •Coordinate customer/project procurement with Sales, Presales, Solution Architects, and teams from quotation to delivery
  • •Manage supplier and partner relationships, performance reviews, and escalations to resolve delivery, quality, and commercial issues
  • •Oversee purchase order and contract management, track orders and commitments, and provide procurement reporting and compliance

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • •7+ years of procurement experience, preferably in IT, technology, systems integration, or similar environments
  • •Manage strategic IT procurement, OEMs, distributors, and large project requirements (10+ years preferred)
  • •Conduct RFQs/RFPs and commercial evaluations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms
  • •Manage supplier and contract processes, including purchase requisitions/orders, supplier agreements, and compliance with procurement policies
