Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor production activities toward daily/weekly/monthly targets, minimizing costs and ensuring best working practices.
  • •Report to the Production Manager in daily meetings and participate in quality improvement activities (fast response and defect resolution).
  • •Ensure manufacturing processes such as WI and Routing align with production plans and procedures to maintain high standards.
  • •Drive short-term corrective actions and long-term preventive actions to address production issues and prevent recurrence.
  • •Mentor and inspire the team to develop competencies toward best-in-class manufacturing practices and ensure asset maintenance and compliance across the area.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a manufacturing or production environment with the ability to monitor targets and visualize progress on the shop floor.
  • •Proficiency with standard work Instructions (WI) and Routing, and ensuring alignment with production plans.
  • •Ability to analyze production concerns and implement short-term actions and long-term preventive actions.
  • •Comfort presenting metrics in daily production meetings and collaborating with a manager to discuss target performance and quality improvements.
  • •Knowledge of labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, and related compliance requirements.
