Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of BIM modelling and documentation experience within Building Services.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • •Experience in one or more Building Services disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Hydraulic Services, Security, or ICT / Communications.
  • •Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.
  • •Knowledge of BIM collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 and coordination workflows (clash detection, model federation).
